Invitation for Proposals – Appointment of a Consultant for the Preparation of the Economic Development Board (EDB), Mauritius Strategic Plan (2026-2029)

The Economic Development Board (EDB), Mauritius is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online by inviting potential Consultants, both local and international, to submit their proposals for the Preparation of the Economic Development Board (EDB), Mauritius Strategic Plan 2026–2029 through the Government eProcurement System.
Documents for the Request for Proposals are available for download from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system EDB/IFB/2025/208
Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System by latest Tuesday, 30 September 2025 at 14h00 (Local Time).
Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from Tuesday, 30 September 2025 at 17h01 (Local Time) up to Wednesday, 01 October 2025 at 15h00 (Local Time).
Proposals received will be opened online on Wednesday, 01 October 2025 as from 15h01 up to 18h00 (Local Time).
The Economic Development Board (EDB), Mauritius reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
