Mr. Yanick Bax De Keating, Business Development Coordinator at ENL Property Ltd showcased a full-fledged presentation on the MOKA Smart City masterplan, its implementation as well as several upcoming projects in the pipeline for commercialization. The delegation also visited the development sites.<\/p><p>The delegation also met with Landscope Mauritius as the institution is mandated to develop and manage business and industrial parks. During the meeting, Mr. Sandee Teeroovengadum, Head of Marketing and Communications of Landscope elaborated on the diversified portfolio of prime property assets in Mauritius, spanning across the office, retail and industrial sectors. He also stressed on the importance of futureproofing while designing masterplans for new cities, and projects which allows to anticipate and prepare for future challenges, trends, and disruptions, and ensure long-term success of projects.<\/p><p>The Benchmarking tour was concluded with two site visits namely, at BPML Freeport Services Ltd and the Mauritius Freeport Development Co
