Employers are more on the lookout for employees possessing a combination of three different capabilities, including technical skills, professional skills, and domain knowledge. As new technology areas have emerged to include Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Automation, Analytics and Testing, Robotics Process Automation among others, there has been an increase in demand for profiles such as security engineer, security analyst, penetration testing engineer, Cybersecurity analyst, Data analyst, Data engineer, Cloud system administrator, Digital Marketer and RPA developer among others.<\/p><p>The Ministry of Technology, Communication and Innovation is currently working on its Blueprint for the next 5 years which will not only underline the Government vision
