Maurice est et reste donc le seul \u00ab International Financial Centre \u2013 IFC \u00bb d\u2019Afrique reconnu comme \u00ab Investment grade \u00bb.<\/p><p><br \/>Reposant sur la base des donn\u00e9es de 2021, soit au coeur de la pand\u00e9mie, la notation attribu\u00e9e par Moody\u2019s \u00e0 Maurice passe de Baa2(Negative) \u00e0 Baa3(Stable), gardant Maurice dans le Top Tiers des juridictions \u00e0 travers le monde.<\/p><p><br \/>L\u2019analyse de Moody\u2019s refl\u00e8te la magnitude du choc subi par l\u2019\u00e9conomie mauricienne en 2020 et 2021 en raison de la crise de la Covid-19.<\/p><p><br \/>Dans ce contexte, alors que 5 pays africains d\u00e9tenaient le statut d\u2019\u00ab Investment grade \u00bb au d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020, seuls 2 d\u2019entre eux, Maurice et le Botswana, ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 le pr\u00e9server, en d\u00e9pit de la plus grave crise \u00e9conomique travers\u00e9e.<\/p><p><br \/>Le Gouvernement est pleinement engag\u00e9 \u00e0 conforter la position de Maurice en tant que IFC de renom et \u00e0 continuellement am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9silience de son \u00e9conomie. La r\u00e9ouverture des fronti\u00e8res en octobre 2021 et la forte reprise des secteurs cl\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9conomie mauricienne permettront de d\u00e9passer les niveaux pr\u00e9pand\u00e9miques d\u00e8s l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022, avec un PIB \u00e0 526 milliards de roupies selon le FMI.<\/p><p><br \/>Au regard des perspectives positives pour 2022, Moody\u2019s am\u00e9liore ainsi l\u2019\u00ab outlook \u00bb de Maurice, le faisant passer de \u00ab n\u00e9gatif \u00bb \u00e0 \u00ab stable \u00bb.<\/p><p><br \/>D\u2019apr\u00e8s Moody\u2019s, ce changement positif refl\u00e8te et int\u00e8gre le fait que \u00ab the headline fiscal and debt metrics will further improve, with the debt burden falling below 70% of GDP by the end of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023 (fiscal year 2023) \u00bb. Par ailleurs, \u00ab Mauritius\u2019s sizeable international reserves limit external vulnerability risk. \u00bb<\/p><p><br \/><em>28 juillet
