While this represents a realisation rate of approximately 21%, it reflects the composition of the investment portfolio rather than the pace of execution. A significant proportion of the remaining Rs 412 billion pipeline comprises large-scale projects\u2014including integrated mixed-use and smart city projects, as well as renewable energy infrastructure \u2014that are implemented over several years.
