The Commonwealth Secretariat – Trade Competitiveness Section in collaboration with the Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Entomology Division of the Ministry of Agro-Industry, Food Security, Blue Economy and Fisheries (Agro-Industry & Food Security Division) is organising a training programme on Honey Exports Standards in view of building capacity to get overseas markets access for honey and honey-based products.
This training programme is designed to enable participants to understand the various food safety practices to be implemented by beekeepers to become compliant for export and production of quality honey.
Beekeepers, Food Safety and Agro Technical Experts are invited to register for the training programme.
