The Economic Development Board (EDB) of Mauritius is pleased to invite you to attend a workshop focusing on the opportunities and incentives available within the Mauritius Freeport on the 2nd July 2025 from 13.30 to 16.00 Hrs. This workshop is designed to enhance the understanding and engagement of Management Companies in the Freeport sector, with a special focus on how they can guide and support their Global Business Companies (GBCs) in leveraging Freeport opportunities.
The specific objectives are:
- To provide Management Companies with a comprehensive overview of Freeport activities and potential investment opportunities available to their GBC clients.
- To disseminate essential information on the existing Freeport ecosystem, including taxation benefits, logistics infrastructure, and shipping connectivity.
- To equip Management Companies with the tools and insights needed to promote and attract GBC investment into the Freeport sector.
