Registration of Potential Suppliers as per S42 of Procurement Regulation 2008
The Economic Development Board (EDB) is currently compiling a list of suppliers/contractors/consultants/service providers who wish to be registered for the supply of goods, services, works and consultancy services mentioned hereunder:
- IT Equipment including Computer Software, & Consumables, Photocopiers & Printers
- IT Consultancy Services
- Building & Civil Engineering Works including Sound Proofing & Partitioning Works
- Office Furniture including Cupboards, Drawers, Tables & Chairs, etc
- Audiovisual and Photo services
- Production of Video Clips
- Event Management Services
- Catering Services
- PR Agencies
- Air Tickets
- Office Equipment
- Design & Printing Services
- Transport Contractors
- Ink, Cartridges & Toners
- Office Stationeries
- Advertising/Press Notice Services
- Groceries and related foodstuff/consumable items for office
- Any other goods or service not listed
Important Notes
- Interested parties are invited to register through the link below.
- Suppliers are hereby informed that registration on the Electronic Procurement System (ePS) has become mandatory for participation in procurement exercises conducted by Public Sector Bodies. Suppliers are therefore encouraged to ensure that they are duly registered on the ePS platform.
- The EDB may, where deemed appropriate, establish Framework Agreements for selected categories of goods and services.
- Registration in the EDB supplier database does not create any contractual relationship with EDB, nor does it confer any right or guarantee to be invited to quote, tender, or to be awarded any contract.
- The EDB reserves the right to conduct procurement proceedings in accordance with applicable procurement regulations and procedures, irrespective of the outcome of this registration exercise.
- EDB further reserves the right to update, amend, or discontinue this registration exercise at any time without prior notice and without incurring any liability to applicants.
