Call for Entry – EDB Art Gallery
The Economic Development Board (EDB) is pleased to invite local artists to participate in the 4th collective Art Exhibition. This initiative aims to promote the work of artists residing in the Republic of Mauritius and Rodrigues and create opportunities to network with foreign investors and other stakeholders who visit the EDB offices on a daily basis.
Exhibition Details:
- Number of Artworks: 12-15 pieces to be exhibited per batch
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Location: Ground Floor, 7 Exchange Square, Wall Street, Ebene
- 1st Batch Exhibition Period: 24 September 2025-07 November 2025
Conditions for Participation:
- Open to artists who are residents of the Republic of Mauritius and Rodrigues.
- All paintings and photographs must be original and must have never been exhibited at EDB before.
- Each artist may submit up to two artworks.
- Maximum display space per artwork: 70 cm x 70 cm.
- A panel will review submissions.
- EDB reserves the right to decline any work deemed inappropriate or to cancel the exhibition.
- Participating artists are strongly advised to subscribe to an insurance policy to cover any risks.
- EDB will allocate the exhibition space for each selected artwork.
- A catalogue featuring the exhibited artworks and artist’s testimonials will be published across EDB’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
How to Apply
Submit the following by 25 August 2025, 15:00 hrs:
- Completed participation form
- High-quality photographs of each artwork
- Artist’s CV

Delivery of Selected Artworks
Selected artists shall be notified and will be required to submit their artworks one week before the exhibition date to the following address:
Ground Floor, 7 Exchange Square, Wall Street, Ebene.
N.B: Late applications/submissions will not be accepted.
