Designed to streamline and simplify the application process, PAMS offers a more efficient and user-friendly experience for property acquisitions.:
– Acquisition of residential properties under the Smart City Scheme
– Acquisition or lease of immovable properties for business purposes
– Acquisition of G+2 apartments
– Acquisition of residential properties valued at a minimum of USD 500,000
