Invitation for Bids – Design & Implementation of Rule-based Work Permit Platform

Procurement Ref. No: TNR-0024 and EDB/IFB/2026/229

The Economic Development Board (EDB), Mauritius is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants opened to local and international Consultants submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Design & Implementation of Rule-based Work Permit Platform.
Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system EDB/IFB/2026/229.
Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday 08 July 2026 up to 14h00 (Local Time).
Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from Wednesday 08 July 2026 as from 16h00 (Local Time) up to Thursday 09 July 2026 up to 13h00 (Local Time).
Proposals received will be opened online on Thursday 09 July 2026 as from 15h01 up to 18h00 (Local Time).
The Economic Development Board (EDB), Mauritius reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
