Vacancy – Post of Director Digital Transformation & NELS
The Economic Development Board (EDB) is the Government of Mauritius’ apex institution
responsible for:
- Investment promotion, export promotion, and business facilitation;
- Positioning Mauritius as an international financial centre and business hub;
- Supporting structural reforms that improve the business environment.
Position Overview
The Director – Digital Transformation & NELS will be responsible for leading the organisation’s digital strategy, IT governance, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and continuous enhancement of the National Electronic Licensing System (NELS).
This role ensures that technology infrastructure, digital platforms, and data systems effectively support EDB’s strategic objectives, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in related field & at least 12 years’ experience in relevant field of work, including 8 years at Management level.
- Experience in government institutions, IPA, IFC, multinationals will be an advantage.
