Invitation for Bids (IFB) – Implementation of a customer relationship management solution
The Economic Development Board (EDB) is inviting bids from eligible entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the ‘Implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution.’
- Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org.
- Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 01 July 2024 up to 14h00 hours (Local Time).
- Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Monday 01 July 2024 as from 15h01 hours (Local Time) till Tuesday 02 July 2024 up to 14h00 hours (Local Time).
