Invitation for Bids (IFB) – Implementation of a customer relationship management solution

The Economic Development Board (EDB) is inviting bids from eligible entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the ‘Implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution.’

1. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org.
   
   
2. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 01 July 2024 up to 14h00 hours (Local Time).
   
   
3. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Monday 01 July 2024 as from 15h01 hours (Local Time) till Tuesday 02 July 2024 up to 14h00 hours (Local Time).
