Opportunity for local artists to propose sales of paintings
The EDB will be relocating to new office facilities at the Ebene, Cybercity. As part of this relocation, the EDB is giving opportunities to local artists to propose sales of figurative and/or abstract paintings which shall be used for the embellishment of the collaborative workspaces.
There are 35 identified spaces over dry walls to be embellished. The culture of Mauritius is the main theme on which all paintings are to be based.
Only artists registered with the Ministry of Arts and Cultural Heritage or National Art Gallery shall be eligible to submit their proposal.
Interested artists are required to consult the submission requirements from the online document referred to as “Purchase of Paintings for embellishment of EDB office facilities” before sending their proposals.

The Proposals should contain:
- The Artist CV
- Proof of registration as an artist
- High resolution pictures of the paintings as per the submission requirements detailed in the online document
- Unit price of each painting (Inc of Vat)
Proposals should be submitted by email to priscillah@edbmauritius.org by latest Monday, 31 October 2022. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
The EDB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at any time without assigning any reason.
