Vacancy – Post of Director Real Estate & Hospitality
The Economic Development Board (EDB) is the Government of Mauritius’ apex institution
responsible for:
- Investment promotion, export promotion, and business facilitation;
- Positioning Mauritius as an international financial centre and business hub;
- Supporting structural reforms that improve the business environment.
Position Overview
The Director – Real Estate & Hospitality provides strategic leadership and direction for the Real Estate & Hospitality Cluster, driving investment promotion, facilitating high-value property developments, and positioning Mauritius as a premier destination for real estate investment in line with national economic objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in related field & at least 12 years’ experience including 8 years at management level.
- Proven experience in real estate development, investment promotion, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of international property markets and investment trends.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
